Erin Frisch - President

Co-founder of the Center for Child Support Policy, Erin is a leader in the national child support community, serving on the Executive Committee of NCSEA as President Elect. She is the child support director of Michigan’s child support program and past president of the National Council of Child Support Directors.

Letitia Logan Passarella - Director

Letitia Passarella is a research director at the University of Maryland School of Social Work.

Letitia manages a research agenda that addresses trends and outcomes of families who are a part of Maryland’s public child support program as well as families who receive Temporary Cash Assistance or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits in the state. As research director since 2012, Letitia aims to provide policymakers and stakeholders with information that can improve the lives of low-income families. Letitia Passarella earned her Master of Public Policy from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. Prior to joining the University of Maryland, Letitia focused on education policy and research.

Vicki Turetsky - Director

Between 2009 and 2017, Vicki Turetsky served as commissioner for the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement, leading efforts to adopt a family-centered mission by implementing evidence-based policies, practices, and research that prioritize family wellbeing, father engagement, and program equity.

Currently, Ms. Turetsky serves as a consultant to foundations, nonprofit organizations, and courts. Previously, Turetsky held positions in the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office and Department of Human Services, Corporation for National Service, Center for Law and Social Policy, MDRC, Princeton University, and Union County Legal Services in New Jersey. She received her B.A. from the University of Minnesota and her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 1982.

Diane is a co-founder and Director at the Center. She is the past-President of NCSEA, current Director, and co-chair of the Policy and Government Relations Committee. Diane has dedicated her career to advancing and improving the child support program.

Wally McClure - Secretary

Cole Williams - Director

Cole Williams co-founded the Delta Project, which aims to break the generational cycle of incarceration by reconnecting youth of color and their families to community relationships through mentorship, coaching, and storytelling. Cole is the creator of Cole Speaks LLC. A consulting business created to provide professional services and trainings for family court staff and human service workers in the state of Michigan. Cole also provides parenting workshops and individual family coaching for parents who have Juvenile Justice system involvement.

Cole Williams was recently appointed to Governor Whitmer Juvenile Justice Reform Taskforce to support collaborative partnerships between parents and Family Court professionals; Cole Williams also provides mandated parenting classes for families receiving Juvenile Justice Services through the 17th District Family Court Division in Kent County & The 20th Judicial Circuit Court in Ottawa County.

Retired director of the Washington child support program, Wally is a vocal advocate for whole-family child support services. He is an active member of NCSEA, a frequent presenter at conferences and child support events, and past president of the National Council of Child Support Directors. He continues his work in the field as a consultant to state, tribe, and county child support programs.
